This year I've failed every one of my expectations !
My insecurities, my weaknesses, and my hidden pain I've only become more aware of.
Some days I have just wanted to quit.
I have walked (sometimes crawled) through the really dark places with very slippery slopes. I've faced days of despair and days of extreme loneliness.
But, oh how I love the Lord through every step of my journey, I've discovered my Lord in such a truly amazing way. Our relationship has such depth and love. I have such an extraordinary passion for my Lord. I don't fear any road He may take me down, and he tests that on a daily basis.
I think it's summed up in one phrase...
There is no sacrifice to great for the glory of God.
I also think it's important to take time and reflect, reflect, feel the things of the last year.
I think at the end of the day all we can do is trust the Lord.
I think we can't think of the what ifs. The what ifs of life can drive us crazy !
I go into this coming year, not any wiser but I think at least a little more patient and enduring.

My Christmas prayer:
Lord, may you fill every ones hearts with joy and laughter this holiday season !
Please be with those less fortunate and make them glad and be with the children who are sad.
Fill the lonely with your love, as the snow falls from above, may your love fall upon each one, of us all.
May we remember always the precious birth of our Lord and Savior. May we celebrate His birth with fervor !
May we always remember that contentment can only come from you (Lord.)
Rather then searching our hearts for purpose and reason.
Lets search our hearts for the reason of the season.
I wish each and everyone of you every happiness that your heart desires!
Have a wonderful and blessed holiday season and may it follow you into the New Year!
Merry Christmas !

He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
Isaiah 40:29-31
